JOHNNY RERUN

    JOHNNY RERUN is a musical thriller about a teenager who rebels by… turning off his TV.  But when he smashes his TV and escapes into the decaying city, his media-addicted mom calls talk show therapist Dr. Vicki, who battles to “cure” Johnny of his apparent TV phobia.  Can Johnny ever be free in a world where everyone is glued to a screen?  Or will he become next week's rerun?  Stay tuned.

    Originally developed at the ASCAP Musical Theater Workshop, story co-authored with playwright Craig Pospisil, and filmed as a feature starring Lisa Brescia (Wicked, Aida).
